It supports clear, defensible sign-off for developers, builders, and capital partners - particularly where Practical Completion is complex, staged, or commercially sensitive.
Builder-Side Risk & Governance
We help builders clarify scope, contracts, and decision pathways so projects can be priced, administered, and delivered with confidence.
This service supports builders operating in increasingly complex contractual environments by reducing unpriced risk, improving tender and contract clarity, and providing practical guidance on NZS contract administration. Our role is to strengthen commercial control and decision-making without taking over site management or replacing the builder’s systems.
Capital Oversight & Governance
Olive Homes provides independent, delivery-tested oversight for capital partners across the full development and construction lifecycle. We assess feasibility and financial assumptions, review and manage procurement and tendering processes, and provide governance and Principal’s Representative services where required to ensure commitments are clearly understood and risks are appropriately controlled.
Throughout delivery, we monitor progress, cost, programme, and scope alignment, intervening where necessary to address emerging risks or misalignment. At completion, we verify outcomes against what was approved, ensuring documentation, compliance, and delivery standards are properly satisfied.
Our role is to protect capital by ensuring projects are correctly structured from the outset, actively managed through delivery, and independently verified at handover.
